The Role: Business Development Officer / Admission Counselor
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven professionals to join our team at the Kadavanthra, Ernakulam office. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through their educational journey and driving admissions for our key programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide comprehensive counseling on our educational programs.
- Admissions Drive: Effectively manage the sales/admissions pipeline to achieve enrollment targets.
- Program Focus: Gain expertise in and promote our core educational offerings.
- Customer Service: Maintain positive relationships and provide clear, professional information to students and parents.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers: Highly passionate and motivated fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
- Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong convincing skills, and a results-oriented attitude.
