Role & responsibilities
Responsible for managing the bank partnership to drive sales of life insurance products. The role involves maintaining relationships with bank staff, generating leads, and ensuring achievement of business targets through the banca channel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and bank staff.
- Drive sales of life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Conduct product training and motivation sessions for bank employees.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing of proposals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent post-sales service.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation Mandatory
- Min 1 year experience in sales
- Two Wheeler Mandatory
