Responsibilities:
Converting an inquiry into a new client
Establish and improve cooperation with new/existing customers
Customer Handling
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
Handling phone calls and follow up on WhatsApp
Proper Maintenance of internal data
Willing to travel for office purpose
Handling customer queries
Prepare outgoing mail for distribution
Maintain office filing and storage systems
Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
Retrieve information when requested
Managing filing system Required Experience and Qualifications
Verbal and written communication skills
Experience in customer handling
Computer Knowledge
Organization and planning skills
Work management and prioritizing skills

Knowledge:
