Job vecancy In Assistant manager , Senior offer(permenent job )Salary 25 to 35k plus incentive will provide , After 8 moth promot as senior GradeJob responsibilities

• Customer acquisition: Proactively source and open new current and savings accounts (CASA).
• Sales and target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for account acquisition and a range of products like term deposits, credit/debit cards, insurance, and mutual funds.
• Customer relationship management: Manage business relations with existing customers through cross-selling opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team management: Manage a team to achieve sales targets.
• Marketing and outreach: Conduct local marketing activities and travel to meet potential customers.
• Compliance and administrative tasks: Adhere to all mandatory compliance and KYC norms, complete required certifications, and update customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system.
• Product promotion: Promote and sell other banking products, including insurance, mortgages, and investment products.
