Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests warmly.
- Handle inquiries by answering questions and providing necessary information.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take and relay messages.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases; prepare reports.
- Order and monitor office supplies; ensure the front office is well-stocked.
- Ensure office equipment is functional; arrange for repairs when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers; address any issues.
- Handle basic billing tasks and process payments if required.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Monitor and manage office access to ensure security.
- Assist with internal communications and support various office needs.
- Help new employees with orientation and setup, including issuing ID badges.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the front office.
- Follow protocols and act as a point of contact in emergency situations.
- Assist with special projects, data entry, research, or coordination of company events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
