A multi-floor shopping mall with around 10 floors and over 25 stores spread across approximately 130,000 sq ft of space.Built to serve as a one-stop retail and leisure destination for Karunagappally and surrounding areas along NH-66 (formerly NH-47). Opened in 2015, inaugurated by Malayalam film actor Mammootty.
